Rahul Prakash, Managing Partner, has held significant leadership roles globally as well as in India, Canada and Africa. He has 37 years experience across global markets in Trade/ Brand Marketing and Distribution, as well as Consumer Engagement in severely restricted marketing environments. He has delivered significant results throughout his career.

He held the roles of Group Head Trade Marketing and Distribution in British American Tobacco – the world’s second largest Tobacco Company – and latterly Executive Director in Parker Logistics, London, a leading Distributor in West Africa with interests in Tobacco, Wine and Spirits, Food, Confectionary/ Biscuits, Personal Care and Household products. Prior to joining British American Tobacco Rahul worked with ITC Limited in various roles that culminated as head of North India Tobacco Marketing. 

Rahul has a significant track record of successes. He has delivered topline growth in various roles and success in projects when he was assigned to the Global Centre. He has developed and implemented large route to market and go to market strategies across varied geographies – India, Canada, East/ South Europe, Central Asia, Africa and Middle East. He was one of five pioneers for the successful implementation of Brand Management at his Company ITC Limited, in India. He has led major Systems projects globally.

Rahul graduated from St Stephens College in Delhi University. He studied History (Hons) with Economics as a subsidiary. He subsequently studied Law in Delhi University for 2 years before commencing his corporate career in 1979 with Tata-Finlay Limited. Subsequently he has attended Executive Training programmes at Kellogg and Wharton Business School. 

Chen Hao, Partner,  is a mature marketer and rounded business leader with more than 25 years extensive experience in sales, commercial, general management in FMCG industry in greater China area.


Hao spent most of his career in BAT where he worked for over 18 years.  He has built the Sales and Trade Markting team in China with more than 400 field forces that covered 100K+ retail outlets in about 100 cities in China.  In later part of his career in BAT, Hao took over the general management role in BAT China, Hong Kong and Macau. In these markets BAT has over 30% market share in the international segment.

Hao was also one of the key memebrs of a route to market transformation project in Canada, where he took the process and IT work stream lead.  Uner his leadership, Hao and his team implemented the Sales Force ordering and trade marketing system including backend and handheld (400+ users) in record time  within the Group

He was also deeply involved in a major strategic joint venture negotiation and its implementation between a multi-national company and a Chinese state-owned enterprise. 

Hao has a proven track record of strategic business leadership, people leadership with strong multi-level stakeholders management and negotiation skills.


Tack Gyoo Rhee, Partner, has 27 years of Trade Marketing and Distribution experience in the Korean market which includes 23 years of executive leadership at British American Tobacco, Korea, a US$ 2 billion enterprise.



He has been instrumental in the transformation of BAT Korea from a 0.7% to 13% market share Company within 4 years. This exponential growth was accomplished through the successful implementation of a direct sales effort comprising 600 representatives and the development of a trade marketing and distribution model that optimised resources within a restricted marketing environment.

TG also had two years of international work experience in Canada and the UK corporate head office, managing global trade marketing and distribution projects.


During the last 4 years, TG has supported a start up European IT solution provider in Korea, China and Taiwan through the establishment of a distribution and sales agent network.
TG was awarded a Masters degree in International Management in 1986 at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona, USA.
TG is bilingual in Korean and English. 

Apart from this core team, for each relevant geography, we are able to mobilise required specialists through a pool of available senior and mid level Consultants. However, to the extent this is possible, we believe in working with our Clients' teams, to ensure early buy-in to the solutions and smooth hand over after the project phase is over.
